Lead recycle policy
Configure idle hours, hold limits, duplicate matching, and contact owner after convert. Recycle jobs run on 9090.
Open-pool recycle
Assigned leads with no valid follow-up past the idle window return to the open pool. Over-hold leads recycle oldest first.
Counted from last valid follow-up (or claim/assign time), not from any field update.
Counts Assigned only. Claim and assign always enforce this; turning off scheduled recycle does not disable it.
When off, idle and over-hold scans stop. Claim/assign hold limits still apply.
Duplicate matching
Manual create and Excel import match unconverted leads with OR across selected fields. Channel ingest keeps existing upsert.

Applies only when creating a new contact. Merges keep the existing owner. If the specified user is invalid, fall back to the lead owner.
